Leslie coaches individual clients and leads women’s programs, workshops and weekend retreats to beautiful natural destinations. She often speaks to groups on topics related to consciously creating one’s life for greater happiness and fulfillment.

Drawing inspiration from her world travels and explorations into psychology and spirituality, Leslie easily connects with her heart to inspire her clients to match her enthusiasm, energy, spirit and passion.

Leslie’s expertise centers on helping people to create a deeper experience of life. She would ask you, are you living a fulfilling life? Are you loving yourself and those around you? Are you having fun? Are you making a difference?

Using leading edge self-development principles and techniques, she works with clients to identify natural purpose and quickly moves to facilitate action toward achieving personal and professional goals.

Driven by a passion for lifelong learning and exploration into what drives happiness for each of us, Leslie completed a Masters Program in Spiritual Psychology at the University of Santa Monica. She earned her coaching certification through Coach for Life ACTP, and accredited coach training program through the International Coaching Federation. She also is a certified Inspired Learning Facilitator through the Inspired Learning Foundation.

What excites Susan most is innovation, visionary possibilities, and positive change. Throughout her entire career she has been instrumental in helping organizations transform, grow, and take on new challenges with successful outcomes.

As President and CEO of Treasure Health (parent company of Treasure Coast Hospice), she was instrumental in bringing about bold strategic changes. During Susan’s tenure she managed an organization serving 800 patients daily with a staff of 300 employees and 300 volunteers.

In Susan’s early career she worked in the field of Education as a counselor at the college and K-12 level, became a National Trainer and Consultant for an education company, a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, and a Medical Service Representative.

Over her career, Susan has earned a reputation for facilitating creative thinking, developing new strategic and innovative pathways to solve issues, and helping teams build trust and buy-in. People describe Susan as an inspirational leader who is optimistic, grounded, and intuitive with a free spirit and genuine interest in helping others.

Susan holds a Master of Arts with a concentration in Counseling from the College of Education, University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Humanities & Spanish from the College of Humanities, Florida Atlantic University. Susan is a recent graduate of the Mindset Management program from the Modern Elder Academy in Baja California Sur, Mexico and the Innovative Health Care Leadership program for Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
